Customs clearance

What is customs clearance?

This is the registration of actions by a businessperson or individual, as well as all their belongings when crossing the customs border. Customs control applies to any goods or vehicles when they are exported from the country or imported from abroad. Customs regulation is governed by international law and international conventions developed by the World Customs Organization.

Documents for customs clearance

When cargo crosses a border, it is registered with customs. For this you must have documents confirming the price of its contents, status of sender and receiver, purpose of transport, etc. For a full list of documents needed for your shipment, please contact us by phone or e-mail, found in "Contacts" section.

Customs duty

This is payment calculated by representatives of customs offices. The amount is based on worldwide customs laws and the laws of the country for customs clearance. The customs duty may be included in the delivery service cost or paid separately upon request by customs authorities.
